I went to Boise today. When we left here, the sun was shining and just as we topped Hilltop, we could see the huge clouds and brown haze hanging over the valley I was down there almost all day and it was just nasty and dreary. We wondered if the sun was still shining up here as we headed back and again, coming over Hilltop, there was the sun! How many days have you been under this now?

Over here in the Tri-Cities we are in an inversion too. It has been this way for almost a week now. Temperatures from 28 to 34°F. That's the high and low. I am ready to see sunshine again. I am much more ambitious when the sun is shining.

They are saying another week of this stuff. Whoa.........I'm ready for Spring.

A beautiful Sunny day today 50 degrees and no wind.. It is expected to get down to 18 tonight. I added another light to the "girls"studio timed to come on at 3 am..to extend the daylight hours so that hopefully the two non layers will get the idea that their sisters are on the honor roll for laying & they are falling behind...obviously 10 hours is not enough for them..and they now have a nice clean studio to do just that. More continued nice sunny days until next sunday when we are to get some snow showers..

The inversion has been hanging over us up north in lower BC too. I live in the fraser valley so i have had some sun, but 30M down the road the fog has hardly lifted all week. I know my miles, but not my Fahrenheit, so all i can tell you is it's been between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius. I have been very glad for the sun over my house!! I gotta get out walking and get rid of my "baby weight".

We could use a little wind (I can't believe I'm saying this) - we have had the same set of tumbleweeds in our neighborhood for a couple of weeks now.
