HAPPY DANCE!! Hubby is trading vehicles with me. He is taking my beloved Jeep and I am getting the Dodge. I am finally getting around to motivating myself for 2009 to decorate this house and make it a home but it is hard to haul bigger pieces with my Jeep because of the car seat and dog crate in the back. YEEEEE HAAAAWW!! I am getting the truck. Now, he does not know ALL of my secret thrifting and dumpster diving I am planning of doing but he will be surprised when the house is decorated!!!
I have passed up so many wonderful things because I didn't have the hauling capacity. I am SO excited!!!
Oh what fun! Thankfully hubby likes to go thrifting with me.:) He's the dumpster diver in our family, but I love it--I haven't heard it called that in ages!! Hope you'll post pics with your great finds!!! hugs

Well good for you! I'm thrilled for you! I'm redoing my livingroom also. Just collecting odds and ends here and there. My sister and I opened a primitives and antiques store on the square in town so I've adopted a few items from there haha. Ye Olde Homeplace is the name of our store. We've had fun and it's been therapy for us both I believe. Goodluck on your happy hunting!
Our problem is we can never coordinate our schedules!!! But oh the fun I am dreaming of!! Charlie has daycare tomorrow, so I may poke around town a bit. I have to run to the Pottery Barn Outlet too...looking for something specific they had online and hoping they have it there!!! I am SOOOOO excited!!!
