Not to make my sugar cookies so thin next time! I have lost about a third of my baking to breakage!!!

But the rest are iced and decorated with sprinkles. I am pretty happy, all told. Family is getting goodie bags this year from me!

I learned a few years ago that my sugar cookies baked up nicer & tasted much better when I rolled them out a little thicker too. They are a lot easier to decorate also. I plan to make a double batch tomorrow, so I'll have to remember not to roll them too thin too.

I always thought sugar cookies were supposed to be thick, but my husband really likes them thin and crispy. Just like his dad used to make :)

I only allow myself to eat the broken ones Alee, so I roll them as thin as possible LOL!

LOL- My mom likes them nice and browned, so that part was fine, but some of these have to be shipped! :( I hope they make it!
