I want to surprise a friend with a chillover, however I am not sure iof she will be here later today or tomorrow. If I make it today how will it taste, look tomorrow? Am I better off waiting?

Thanks for any help! Lara

Depending on how set you are making your chillover I think it should be fine if you make it today. I made a fresh cranberry one yesterday afternoon and it was delicious by time we snacked on it that evening.

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start; anyone can start from now
and make a brand new end.

Yes! They last wonderfully well, and you can put them in the fridge in a covered container or with plastic wrap to prevent fridge odors/tastes from invading. I make mine and since there are only 3 of us, it usually lasts for 2-3 days before it is all finished. It is soooo yummy. I have posted a "Chocolate Silk" recipe here on the forum in this section (Farm Kitchen) from earlier this year. You should try it....SOOO GOOD!
