Does anyone remember having the ability to hang upside down by just their feet only from the jungle gym bars? (not the backs of your knees either)
The body has no limits... |

Yes, and that was a long long time ago....lol
Forgot to add, and using the bar to spin around on, they have been long gone, but oh my gosh did I love doing that!!!!!

ooh that does sound like fun. Of course, that wasn't that long ago...hehe... I could always do it with my knees but never my feet. I think maybe my feet were too big or something.
When I was younger I did gymnastics so I spent a lot of time hanging from bars..lol
Boy, wish I was that flexible now. I just started Yoga so maybe that will help ;)

My daughter has discovered it! The tops of her feet are all scraped up!..lol. Anyone else remember this crazy skill?..hehe

I don't recall anyone being able to do it by their feet. I only remember using my knees and loving it. But I also remember not being able to figure out how to keep my dress from falling down and exposing my underwear!  "I see London, I see France, I see Audrey's underpants!" It never stopped me though!

We have a metal bar on our front porch the grandkids use to do that with. They hang like monkeys. All 3 in a row. They're too cute with their hair all hanging down and undies shinin'!

My daughter looks like a monkey doing it!..haha. She flexes her feet over the bar, and hangs down! ouch!
Just winding down for the holidays here...yes...I have the old vw, and I actually need to try to start her up this weekend...thats should be fun in the cold...ugh!
