Chicagoland area. I'm hoping for good packing snow! They were predicting an ice storm for us at first. I'm thankful we're not getting that. Although it will hit a few farmgirls that are to the south of me. Stay safe!!!
It must have started during the night. We have a nice layering of snow outside, but I hear ice pellets hitting the windows now.
I'm ever so thankful for the big garage my hubby built!
I wonder how much snow we'll get today.... wish we could snowshoe today, but school will not be cancelled. The good news is - it's the last day! \o/ Hooray!
I think we're getting that same storm today. It just started up early thing morning and it's a-blowin' and snowin' out there. The chicken coop is starting to disappear under the snow!
Sounds like we're going to get a break tomorrow and then another system is moving through on Sunday..

It reached us here in WNY about 8 this morning and is still coming down. The roads are treacherous and appear to be unplowed!!! I drove home in it and it was aweful (but I made it ) yep, round 2 on Sunday.
