Since Scott isn't going to be here for Christmas and we are doing a whole Christmas meal when he does get here (In January), I decided to do Chicken Marsala for me and Charlie. Any easy recipes with lots of flavor? And I have some mushrooms, can I freeze them until I need them or will they go icky???
