Could you hook up with a local college or HS, and start out by helping some younger kids get a small resume off the ground as they look for jobs? put up flyers at the community college or HS, because maybe there are people there who need a resume but aren't sure where to start.

I agree with MsCwick, the BIGGEST thing is to make sure everyone within shouting distance knows what you are trying to do. If you don't self promote the results can be discouraging. Get out there and let the local colleges know what you are doing, talk to all of your family and friends, get your fliers out and if you have a local paper similar to ours "The Free Trader" their ad fees sometimes are a bit less than the regular newspapers and you would be able to advertise with them as well. I wish you great success!

You could even put a flyer up at the local unemployment office, maybe with a small coupon on the bottom(since a lot of folks in there are out of work/on a budget)

I was going to suggest trying out the local job workforce or even temp agencies. Best of luck :)
