I have had a Flickr account for a long time but just haven't gotten into using it. Now I'm trying to join an online soap group and I'm required to use Flickr. I went in and uploaded photos. Then I got an email saying that I needed to change the description to only say my blog address as that is what most people do. Is this some type of unspoken etiquette "rule"? Guess I'm just looking for pointers for those of you that use Flickr regularly. Thanks.
I post pics to flickr but mainly only for my own use. I am not in any groups. I was not aware of any etiquette rules. I always just make my descriptions whatever I want to.
