I am looking for the embroidery patterns that you iron on the fabric and then embroider it. Like what MaryJane has in on her laundry bags. Any help would be appreciated:)

So I don't have any but I looked online because I have been wanting some of mine own, so check a few these out and maybe find something you like.
www.patternbee.com (this one has some free patterns too. Just print it out and then get a iron on transfer marker and go to town!
Just do a search for embroidery patterns on google and you will get a list of fun stuff!

I found some really cute ones on clearance at Hobby Lobby the other day, they were new but had vintage pictures on them.

What exactly are you looking for. the designs I mean. I have a few book with vintage embroidery in them and could copy off a few pages if you tell me what you are looking for. All you have to do it trace them onto your fabric with a pencil and you are set to go. Let me know.

Well ok are you looking to embroider pillowcases or ?? that will at least give me the size you need. or do you want flowers? or basket of flowers. or primitives or? If you email me your address I will send you some..

Ok the cheapest is colonialpatterns.com (aunt martha). They can be found just about any where, even Walmart was selling them.
I now get them at Hancock's, Hobby Lobby, or Joann's.
Those are so cheap, I just use them, willy nilly! lol I'll get several stampings out of each one. They are also easy to find.
For the ones online, like Patternbee.com and a lady named Tami on Ebay and such, I use a sulky transfer pencil. I have their marker, but to me it was waaaaaaaay to hard to use. So much ink you couldn't stop tracing for a second with out it bleeding into a big blob! The pencil is much much easier to control.....now if they could only make the pencil like they do the new eye/lip liners where you just turn the dial instead of sharpening it would be perfect! Cause the "lead" of the transfer pencil is VERY soft, softer then even the "lead" of a lip/eye liner pencil! (but hey I never could get liquid eye liner to go on right either, so may if you can use liquid eye liner really well, the marker would work for you! lol).

BTW, when you buy them from Tami, and patternbee and such, those are hard to get ironed on, takes me literally about 10 times as long to get the transfer to transfer.
So I bought cheap tracing paper, I believe at walmart, but could of been dollar tree, and the sulky transfer pencil. It goes through much faster that way.
I believe the "thick" paper that patternbee, and tami choose to print theirs on, is what takes so much time to get them to transfer. Then too I only can get really maybe 2 good stampings out of theirs. I have a hard time seeing, and even getting them stamped on the second time good enough to trace with a regular number 2 pencil (which is what you can do if you want to have the stamp on there lighter but still need to see the pattern, and this way your transfer will also last longer) is really quite hard with both of theirs. So I just choose to use a transfer pencil and tracing paper even with theirs.
But, recently I noticed now that patternbee offers hers in a file that you print yourself, instead of only buying transfers now, and I think that's what I will start buying from her from now on. Cause I have only used her's actual transfers a hand full of times, I usually just trace the transfers I buy from her and do it that way. I really love her's, so I've used them a lot, but just using my own pencil and things, cause like I said I can barely get her's to stamp. To save money, and time! lol (money in not having to buy the pattern again later, and time in, as I said they take forever to actually stamp/transfer).
