This just absolutely breaks my heart. It just seems so unfair when children are affected by these terrible things. Our prayers go out to this dear boy and his family. Please keep us posted on his condition.
Thank you to everyone who is praying for Conner. He is losing his hair now because of treatments and is having more difficulty walking, but his spirits are high. I didn't watch the olympics this year, but Make A Wish may arrange for Conner to meet the swimmer who took home all the medals (sorry, I don't know his name, but I've heard about him). Bittersweet. He is also on a website called Caring Bridge and has received letters and postcards from all over the world. It's good to know so many people care. Thank you again to my caring farmgirl sisters.
