I'm looking for a recipe for beef jerky to make in the oven. I am making it for Christmas gift baskets. My S-I-L loves it and with my hot pepper jelly & spicy mustard it will bake a nice homemade gift. My family all decided to make our christmas this year.. I cannot find the one I used years ago. Thanks

I love making jerky. I usually use soy sauce, brown sugar and a little liquid smoke and onion powder...yum!!!!

I would love a recipie! Jerky is so expensive! My cowboy won't take a lunch when he goes riding, a sandwich just turns into a gooey ball of bread. I send jerky in a baggie with him and that keeps him from getting starved all day.

A guy we work with uses cube steaks, is that the kind of meat you use??
I would love to learn how to make some, can you share?
