for the last two months i've been getting really bad heartburn and the only way to get rid of it is to throw up (great picture, i know, sorry) i've been trying to pay attention to what i've been eating, but nothing has really jumped out at me yet. i've been reading and think??? it might be either an ulcer or a stomach hernia? is anyone familiar with these and what is the difference between them? according to the books, they have practically the same symptoms. i can't get health insurance and i'm trying to come up with as much information myself so that if/when i end up at a doctors, i'll have a lot of information to hopefully get a diagnosis fast rather than try this and then try that and run up a big bill. any info would be appreciated. |

How about gall bladder
I had a very young friend who had her's removed
she always felt bad, ecspecially after eating something that was higher in fat
I have had an ulcer that pain is different than just reflux
I'd get it checked out anyway sorry about the insurance |

I had gall bladder woes when I was pregnant with my daughter and the pain was excrutiating.. It does sound liike reflux, but you never know. It is so hard when you don't have insurance. I had a horrible experience recently with an ulcer I didn't know I had, but there wasn't any pain involved. I sure hope you feel better, but it certainly sounds worrying, you should definitely consult a doctor. Good luck.
