The Sun is rising as I type. Peachy golden light is streaked across the sky in horizontal bands with deep baby blue waiting in the wings. The trees across the street are tall silhouettes. It is cold outside, only 38 degrees, so the furnace is burning to heat up the house. But later today it is supposed to get up to 70 degrees!
I am excited! Today Doug has the day off so we might get to go swimming for exercise again! I am really looking forward to it!
It is a pretty day here in Virginia too Alee. I am glad today is good. Condsering I was in the hospital Wedesnday night. It is suppose to be in the 70's here next week. Hope you enjoy your swim. Pinkroses
alee, you sound so poetic! and it's nice to see someone actually appreciate a nice day! not bad here in south carolina, either! by the way, pinkroses, i love the area in virginia you're from. i went to school in radford and just LOVE that area---it is so beautiful there. have a great day ladies!

Beautifu here in Colorado.. and Hubby just called from Oregon He is anxious for me to get home. He will be leaving K falls * 5 hour drive to his brothers where he will spend the night & then pick me up in Portland tomorrow afternoon. He said the weather in K-Falls looks pretty but calling for rain. & its getting cold. I am really looking forward to being home...
We stated out with a warm & sunny 50 here in the Chicagoland area. It got up to 70 and the sunshine stuck around. This has been our warmest Halloween in ages. Hope everyone has a beautiful day too!

Same here Dawn! The temperature is not plummeting. It is now 63 degrees, but still warmer than snow or rain outside!!!
