Kudos to Diane for her "Greek Styled Stuffed Peppers". I made them tonight & they were delicious! A great twist on an old favorite.

The only personal preference tweak I made, was to emerge my peppers in boiling water for a few minutes before stuffing them. I like my peppers soft, not crunchy!

Thanks to the MJF magazine for another great recipe!

Oooh...that sounds delicious! I'm going to have to try that recipe! The new issue has so many wonderful recipes in it! I was so happy to see that!

Yes, it's a great way to use up my green peppers, tomatoes and herbs. Best part is, it's a pretty simple recipe.
