She must never have watered her lawn 20 years ago. I really liked the special effect when she rotated the camera! Too funny! I wonder if she's hiding in shame now? Think anyone explained it to her?

I think the lady is actually mentally ill. She might be a high functioning paranoid schizophrenic. I actually pity her more than anything. There is so much in the world that really needs worrying about, it is sad that her mind and energy is focused on worrying about assigning "blame" to various government agencies for natural phenomena.

I heard about this on the news, that the video was pulled because she is in fact mentally ill and people were making fun of her, etc.
