...it's not for a farm of my own, just yet. But a farm job! Just real quick, I am a massage therapist by trade but work's been nil for a very long time. I need a part-time, if not full-time job, but have had no luck getting something. (Have you ever heard that you are "too educated" for a part-time job at the grocery store??? I have :(
Anyway, I just found and applied for "farm-help wanted" position new in the paper today! The woman was definitely interested but had already scheduled interviews this afternoon and said she would call me back. She liked that I am older (Sheesh, but OK I take whatever it is!)
It's only part-time but could possibly go full. And it's only 20 minutes from my house.
Ya don't have to post, just send a little ju-ju my way please!

PS: I just told my mom that I would rather "shovel (manure) than go back to the corporate world! LOL! I can only hope!

| Good luck, Sherry! I got a lot of the "you're overqualified" responses during my last job search. It certainly doesn't make you feel superior when you've been out of work for 4 years because no one believes you really want the retail or housekeeping job! |
