Cleaned out a cupboard that didn't have anything important in and put some of my cook books in there. Pretty happy with the idea. So check your cupboards out, maybe you can make room for yours too. Sure keeps them handy.
Also made some yummy oven fried chicken, between that and the cream cake I made today, I will be laying down.

You better cook an extra big batch of chicken Nancy Jo....it is nice to have cookbooks out isn't it? I used to have a bookshelf in my kitchen filled with them, but now I don't have room. I'm going to have to come to your house for chicken so I can get some energy to re organize. Now I've got to burrow into the laundry room to see if I can my missing material....
