#1 is gorgeous and evokes such a magical time - the cover simply lights up! The girls look so lovely, and I would smile from ear to ear if that cover arrived in my mailbox - espcially if I hadn't seen it here first.
#1 gets my vote, the others are dull in comparison!

I love all of the covers! Christmas is my favorite time of the year. It encompasses everything that's great: friends, family, generosity, faith. . . .but not everyone maybe a christmas fanatic like some of us are so, I vote for # 2 farm girl ice skate. It's perfect; simple and not too busy. |

to add, I already saw several 'country' type magazines with the christmas tree and a token dog or cat sitting nearby. So I would definitely go with something different. |

Cover #2 is the most appealing and inviting to me. It would stand out to me, make me pick the magazine up...and then buy it! It seems very MaryJaneish...beautiful, original, organic and unique. If #2 isn't chosen, #1 would be my next choice. It looks very swedish, light filled and happy...
I'm removing my comments about the other covers..because after reading Carol's question again...noticed she just wanted a vote on the ONE we liked...not an opinion on the ones we didn't! Hope I didn't send anybody up the miff tree and if so, forgiveness please...that was not my intent! livin' the sweet life! |

Another thing I noticed about #2 that I really liked:
The person's hands in the photo...no fakeness...no long polished unfarmgirlie nails! I so admire realness.

I vote for #2. It's different and that's what I always like about MJF magazine. |

I liked #4 or #5. Number 5 caught my eye first.

I love #2! It seems to capture what means the most to me about MaryJanes farm. With the caption Live to Give and the simplicity of the photo I would buy this magazine if I saw it. Christmas gets so commercialized and this magazine cover brings the true meaning of Christmas to light. There will be many other magazines on the shelf with trees and people but this one would stand out to me.

#3 made me look twice to see exactly what it was and then I really got into it and started dreaming up how you made it and I wanted to open up the magazine and find out!

#2 and then #1. The skate seems more like an MJ cover, although I love the "angel ladies" of #1. Kelly

I think I would go for #1, as I tend to be more drawn to people photos too . . . we learned in Graphic Design School that people draw the most attention in a photo (especially babies and children!) and animals are a close second. I also love the ice skates, but think that could work well in January or February also. The one thing I do like about the indoor tree shot, is the warm tones of the background. It looks very homey. All of them will be great!
Hugs & blessings,
Brenda

Being Swedish (can't tell by my name...) I of course prefer #1 but also like #2. The other two are quite predictable. |

Watch your mailboxes and newsstands for the winner picked by you, NUMBER 1, St. Lucia in Kansas! On sale date is officially Nov. 10 but subscribers may see it before that. Thanks for your help.
