Jenny: You should enter that photo in a contest....I've had several funny looking ones this year, but they didn't look like that! I'm very impressed with your blog. How do you have time to do all that? I don't have a blog, I have no idea how to get one, and I don't think I'd have extra time to fill it up! Maybe this winter when it's too cold for gardening. I love to can too...I finally found the perfect dill pickle recipe, it took 6 attempts to find the perfect one my hubby liked! He just informed me that there are only 3 jars left...I'll try to grow another crop before it gets too cold. Where in CA is your nephew? I'll keep him in my prayers. He's so young, I'm so sorry he has to go through this. Tell him that after his hair falls out, it WILL grow back thicker and with curls, and usually darker in color...the teenage girls will love it! I've seen it with many of my clients(I own a salon). Farmgirls like you are an inspiration to rookies like me! Have a great day! LisaLu
That tomato looks like it's been in a knife fight. Too bad it will probably be gone before Halloween. You could stick an earring and a bandana on it and call it a pirate.
