My brother is mildly retarded and has been very depressed. I just found out that he tried to take his own life. He is out of danger at the moment but I am very shaken by this and was wondering if you all could spare a positive thought or prayer for him. He is very troubled and needs a little help.

Our thoughts and best wishes are with you and your family. Before my babies came along I worked with a county agency with mentally handicapped people and I understand just a bit of what you are going through. God Bless you and your family and your dear brother.
