I have two gorgeous new sling fabrics...you just have to see them. With so many new farm babies on the way I know they will come in handy for some of you;)

You can view and order all my creations at my etsy store or email me to order the ol' fashion way! There is also one quilt left using vintage ticking from Miss Wilma and natural chenille- truly one of a kind.
Warmly, Rebekka

For those of you who have not ordered from me in the past I forgot to say- all my slings include patterns for your personal use. This makes it easy to share the joys of baby wearing with your girlfriends as well.
Thanks, Rebekka

Rebekka~ I am going to be needing a sling for the new baby due in January. Do you need anything from me as far as measurements go? I have not used a sling before, only a mai-tai, so I may need some pointers, too! I love your fabrics, don't know if I will be able to choose just one! You may just get to surprise me! Thanks so much!

Oh, I will probably be needing some nursing pads, too. Do you still make those?

Toni- Congratulations! Yes, measurements are easy...just measure from one shoulder to the side of the opposite hip (at the top of the hipbone). Your measurement will be somewhere between 25 and 32 usually. Also be sure to let me know if you are very tall, petite, etc. Of course you could also order a large sling and size it down if it was a gift. All my slings come with detailed instructions with pictures and you can always call me or email for extra help. You will love the sling, they are much simpler to get baby into than your mai-tai (though mai-tai's and ergo's certainly have their place for some babies). I also love that I can use my sling as a changing pad or blanket if one is forgotten.

I am making the organic nursing pads as well- I just need to repost them. Another thing I will be adding this week is my cotton flannel nursing pad and burpie sets. They are a favorite and are so bright and cheery. The ones on the photo here are long gone but I have lots of fresh new fabrics. I look forward to hearing from you.

Warmly, Rebekka

Hi Rebekka! I just measured and, if I did it right, it should be 26". I am 5'7" and about 140 pre-pregnancy, so not petite, just average I guess. Do you have other material than the two posted above? You should be able to email me from the Forum if that is easier for you. Thanks so much!

Toni- Great- I know just what size to make your sling. Check my etsy store (click on the red link below) for the other fabrics I have on hand (I also have a lovely butter yellow with small white polka dots;)
Let me know what suits your fancy.

Rebekka~ My sling is beautiful! Thank you so, so much! I absolutely cannot wait for this baby to get here so I can try it out. And the nursing pads look great, too, and so soft! You are a gem!
