Don't know if this was a good idea or not.
I ground up some old vitamins I found in the cupboard
and sprinkled in the garden.
I felt I couldn't just throw them out, or dump them down the toilet.
I feel maybe the plants will get some benefit from them.
Let me know what you think, good or bad!

| I'll look it up as much as I can... Just regular "balanced nutrition" type vitamins may be okay, as they contain iron and a few other nutrients that plants need. I would not do any Prescription drugs - those might be toxic. |

Do not have any prescription drugs, and for sure would dump them in the toilet or especially the garden!
I won't let my husband even put weed and feed on the lawn.

Karen, I've done that too, except I dump mine in the compost, hate to see them to go total waste, I"ve had no problems so far?
