Mary- how do you store all your stuff? I was thinking of buying large glass jars for flours, rice, etc. I only have a refrigerator with small freezer but I can store about 10 things of butter, frozen vegetables/fruits, meats. etc..
I keep my flour in the bag in a big plastic/rubbermaid bin in our basement, with a smaller container in the kitchen. Thankfully I use it fast enough that we haven't gotten any beetles or anything yet.
