hey gurlfrenz .. i was jus' thinking how much fun it would be to travel to one of your regions to teach a dolly class .. this, of course, would have to be NEXT year. haven't quite figgered out all the 'particulars' of it yet. i love to travel .. sooo .. of course, i'd be happy to pay my own airfare .. and of course the class would be a giftie . i'd send everyone a 'supply list' ahead of time. all ya'd have to do is 'bed and beer' me! (o.k.!!! i don't drink BEER! but if you can jus' find a little cot in a corner of someone's home .. and throw some vittles in my direction come meal times ... that's all i'd need.
e-mail me if you think this is something your chapter might like to do. depending on how many would like this .. i might have to do a 'drawing' for one chapter ... don't think i'd have time (or pennies) to do lots of areas of the country.
Come to Moscow!!!!!! that would be SOOOOO fun, Actually I may be able to travel to a near-by place if time and budget allows for it, but it would be fun! fun! fun!
it is a swell idea for some of us who can teach a little sumpthin-sumpthin' to visit chapters for a class. and we get to meet lotsa' new friends that way too! xo
Frannie, I would be honoured to meet the both of you. How fun! Moscow is a neat little town and we have MaryJane here so its super cool! I really admire your talent and love of life. I hope that we get to meet up if you make it out this way.
annika .. do you know craig and/or karen lewis? and their sweet daughter cindy? and ronnie landeck? and art smith?
hank played rugby with craig and ronnie when we all lived in denver. karen of course is a sweetheart .. hank worked with art at the Department of Justice MANY moons ago. we've met some other friends through them on visits there over the years. it's been a quie awhile since we have made a trip there. went on a rafting trip with craig and cindy last time we were there. what fun! it's about time for a return visit i do believe.
alee ... i think we visited billings once when we lived in colorado.
oh .. and HANK was born in Idaho .. wasn't there long .. his dad was a doctor on an Indian Reservation. AND .. whlie working at Justice in D.C. .. hank handled a big case representing the native americans and the lake at Coeur d' Alene.
he has spent quite a bit of time there. i've only visited Idaho with him. xo
Well Frannie dear friend.....No Chapter here BUT as I hope you know you are Welcome to visit anytime!...Bring Hank (the guys could go to a lake take a river rafting trip near Taos, etc!) We could go run around here and go to Taos and Santa Fe and OHHHHH What Fun! We have a guest "friend" bedroom waiting for you!!!! Really!! Just Holler!
Until Later, Audrey
~ Side by side or miles apart....dear friends are always close to the heart ~
oh audrey honey dooooooo ... you can bet if we head towards moscow .. we will do a little detour and take you up on your sweet offer! let's keep it on the back burner until next summer .. but let's definitely plan on it! xo
They were all three ATTORNEYS. Art and Craig taught at the University ... Karen is in real estate .. and Ronnie was something like the 'state's attorney' or something like that at one time. GOSH! i really must reconnect. this is making me miss them and our fun times in Denver together!
