As many of you know..I am a photographer...and a person that loves crafts/crafting and art of most any kind.
I have over the time that I have had my blog... tried this way, and then that way..to promote my photography...and ...I'll admit it..photography is hard to sell.
But..I have absolutely lovely images that I do not feel comfortable with hiding away in the dark recesses of my computer files... or allowing these images that speak to the human heart...to be hidden away for them to never be seen or enjoyed.
They MUST be given the chance to live on..in some way, some form.
Because ..well..because they just have to. You'll see.

So... what to do with the images that I have taken many hours of my time capturing and enjoying to capture?

I was recently introduced to a website called "Zazzle"...and...at this website my photography can now be featured on products such as handbags, tee's and even shoes!

WOW!...no longer are my photos relegated to the dark recesses of my computer files..but now they have a chance to be seen and enjoyed!
It is what they have wanted ever since the camera first clicked out an image..to be noticed..to be enjoyed. To bring joy to the viewer!

I am working on creating new and lovely products now that are very reasonably priced and practical items for every day use.

I now only have 2 websites through which I sell my products..no more going this route and trying that way, or this other way..I'm going to keep it at just the 2 shops and go with that.
An etsy shop for my home decor related products and art work/collages....and the Zazzle shop for my photography related products.

So much easier to keep up with and to manage ...and keeping it simple is so much better for me.

tina, these are fantatic! and i for one love photograpy. i dont shoot i just admire others pics. my dh is a photographer and my best friend takes great pics and i just use their pics.
do you also like to alter your pics.
my fav thing is to sepia tone them and then hand water color them. it is a very simple process and really kinda takes you back to kindergarten.
if ya dont play with your photos in this way and think you would like to do it, i would be very happy to share all i know about the how tos of it. i think your projects are so wonderful and i can tell you are having a ball with them. you are surely on the right track.

I haven't done a whole lot of altering of my photos. Sure I'd love the info about the other process. thanks so much for your compliments. means alot.

it does mean alot to me as well when folks post comments about my projects. i sure know the feeling.
i alter my pics on photoimpression. do you have a program like that that will alter them.
