ohmygosh, I just heard about this apronicity site today, and then read about it just now - and why am I stuttering and flapping my arms like an insane chicken? Because the event apronicity is lauding, National Tie One On Day - it's me, it's mine, it's my Day!!!
I hope y'all will read about the day and its intent - to have us more aware of our personal bounty and the sharing of just a smidgen with someone in need.
Would love for you to join this movement of gratitude and sharing.

EllynAnne: Really nice site. If I could make an apron, I would. But, my best friend can sew super good. I'll let her know about your site, she'll surely check it out. Thanks for the information. Marly |

This is great! Unfortunately I don't know how to sew as of yet. Hopefully soon...my grandma is going to teach me this next week when I visit her in ID!

Sewing an apron - now there's a great topic. What I love most about the sewing of an apron is designing it. The sketching, the playing with fabrics, the choosing, and finally, and lastly, the sewing. I know how to sew, but getting it right is a trial. My best sewing friend is my seam ripper.
But when all is done, and that final backstitch is in place, I tie on my new creation and give a twirl.
Please, sew an apron without caution, sew with excitement, and when you're done...tie it on, take a pic and post it for all of us to see!!
