I guess i never realized before the book "John Adams" by David McCullough what a brilliant, strong woman Abigail was and her part in the history of this country. "John Adams" is a b-i-g book but once you get into it (the very first part seems a bit text book) it is fascinating. There are things here you never learned in school presented in fascinating style, John and Abigail's love story really appeals. McCullough is a top notch writer of history.
