Frannie -- I think your new chapter will feature lots of family, lots of friends, lots of new dollies finding new homes. . . . and always lots of love. De-stuffing or de-cluttering or letting-go is so freeing . . . and I know you'll keep just the right amount of stuff to make you smile and send the rest off into the universe to bless others. I've been thinking all day about what you've written about here.

Frannie,
I agree simplicity and less stuff doesn't always lead to peace . . . I too travel down memory lane with many of my things and they are attached to so many sweet memories. But, at the same time, if my life is too cluttered, all sense of peace seems to go out the door. It is finding that right balance that I struggle with!

Hugs & blessings,

Brenda

Frannie, Letting go of the baby things is not easy. But in the event something should happen........... Anyway at least they will know what is what. #1 son (california) sent me a couple of wine glasses from the Gilroy garlic festival. I put one of them in the china cabinet with two others from other years. KEEPERS! For a while anyway. I am giving some of my grandmothers stuff to the girls, I guess to make room for the Gilroy garlic festival wine glasses. Maybe I should get out all them baby shoes. Put them in the china cabinet.
