am finally making a little 'head-way' .. i've cleaned and piled up in baskets these wunnerfuls that usta' hang on walls, on cupboard tops and from rafters. seeeeeee .. i really am 'simplifyin' (a teensy bit!)
i 'think' only the small boxes in this pic will go .. i have LOTS of great olde wooden boxes and crates! i love the shovel .. it's a keeper .. and OF COURSE my 'american flags' stay! the big three-tiered box .. looks great with pumpkins and gourds and hay in it! it's a keeper too!
now .. we move INSIDE .. with a few baskets of 'stuff'
ha! that twiggy little basket was in the 'sell' pile .. but when i put it on the back of the door for a 'kodak moment' .. i decided to leave it there!

have 'some' glassware .. it will go for a buck a piece! i have some antique clear glassware i wanna' keep though.
taking even more boxes (olde painted ones) and antique crocks over there too .. i decided to only keep my dark brown ones (and pumpkin shade ones). all olde.

Oh Frannie....I'd give my eyeteeth for some of that stuff if I still had them! LOL! Great things and can't wait to see that new kitchen of yours! People in Green County are lucky to have you there populatin Glover's Station with such cool items! But I know I HAVE to simplify...I live in a house with my parents stuff and mine and something has to give! But I sort of hang on to stuff until I see something I live better but then I don't get rid of the old stuff....woe is me! thanks for posting it all though...a girl can dream!

sandra .. i'm slowly but surely putting my favs back in place. i know what you mean about trading 'up' .. but by then the other things have memories and are so hard to part with .. but .. there truly does 'come a time'. xo
It will probably be late tomorrow afternoon. I have to take my granddaughter home to E-town. I'll have to wait for a call from her mom so I will know when to go.
i just realized that i have a 10 a.m. doc appointment .. to check out the progress of my 'owie toe' (which is healin' jus' fine! i hope i have time to load stuff in the car afterwards! i think the 127 sale is this weekend .. kledith said we get a lot of shoppers from that!
if i do go over there .. it will be right after my appointment .. THEN . i have to get back home and get my dolly fixin's together for kathy's show on saturday!
