| Okay, I guess if I've just "welcomed" another farmgirl, I ought to introduce myself! I live in the country in central Va with my partner and our critters (many cats, two dogs, several hens, a peacock and the meanest goose you've ever met). I have a city suit-and-heels job during the day and find I'm losing touch with our land...I'm hoping participating here will help me reconnect with the farmgirl part of me. |

Hi Karen welcome! Your goose sounds lovely....my kids love farm animals that fight back...right up until they catch up with them..
I am sure you will reconnect with that side of farmgirl again as it has for me being with these great ladies!

DH and I are in the process of transition from working in Northern Virginia to retirement in the Northern Neck...so, whereabouts in Central VA are you?
