Lose weight for sure. I don't want to be thin/skinny, but dropping some weight would help a lot.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Gain weight. Five or ten lbs, would be great. I'd have more energy and not get the sniffles so much!

More time outdoors! Not just because of the exercise, I feel better all around when I'm in real air, experiencing real weather (not the controlled climate of an office building).
