I was thinking that since I've gone all heirloom in my garden this year, that I could not only save enough seed for my own use next year, but save some for sale, too. Does anyone know if there are any restrictions, regulations, or other hoops to jump through before tackling this one?

I also posted this question over at the Garden Gate.

I think you should be okay with seed as long as you sell it with in the US. There are some restrictions about sending plant and seed material outside of the US. Look at www.seedsavers.com they are always looking for people to save heirloom seeds and then sell them in the catalog. You can even trade with other seed savers I think. They may be able to give you better information.
