Good morning Miss Wima, I don't want to move to Kansas but in the far off possibilty I want to know what I am getting myself into. I am really loving it here especially this year we are finally getting settled in. Its that job thing we have to worry about . Anyway on a better note, I am planning on being there on Friday the fourth. Please tell me more about what it is all the fun is about. I will email you my address. I did last week but it must not have come through. I have been having a few computer problems. I am emailing it now. Thanks. Laura

Dang! I just get your address and stuff memorized (retention problem) and now you might change it up on me?!
Is this a flying kind of job Ed's looking at or is he going to stay in the mechanics part of it?
By the way, you're are going to have such a blast with Miss Wilma and the rest of those gals. I'm actually a little green with envy over here. I would so love to be there with all of you.

I know I'd like it and I just can't help but feel that I'm missing out on a load of great fun with you all. Do you think I could get away with stowing away in a very large suitcase labeled "Miss Wilma's Place, Knob Lick, KY"? You'd have to pull me out of it a little at a time as I think I'd be totally rusted by the time I landed (ha).
Just joking. I'd be scared to death to try something like that! It was a fun thought, though.
You guys have fun. Give Laura a big hug for me. I haven't seen her in a few years.

Hey Lisa, yes and no on the job. We are just looking. I don't want to go anywhere right now we are just getting settled and things going but a job hunt is a job hunt. I am so excited for the fourth and going to Miss Wilma's.

Laura,
Hubby and I lived in Emporia, Kansas...about an hour or so away from Wichita. I loved it! Hubby didn't, but that was mostly because of his job. Emporia was a nice little college town. Not a lot to do, but a great little spa and some good restuarants and the most friendly folks (we made life long friends). We didn't spend much time in Wichita though. We really enjoyed the time we spent in Kansas City, lots to do. Everybody dreads how flat it is, but the positive side to it is you get to see the most gorgeous amazing storms blow through.
Leaving Kentucky's beauty (and Miss Wilma's) would be so hard. Do you have to commit for a long time, because it would be a great experience for a few years? MaryJane's daughter,
