Did any of you not find out what you were having... Then have a REALLY vivid dream of what it was? I Did with my fist daughter, she was a surprise. I dreamed that i saw my step-dad walking with her. He was holding her hand and walking down the trail to my grandpas house. I can still see the picture in my mind like it is a photo. She was about 3 in my dream. Emma is now 4 and what i saw in my dream just might as well been a photo after seeing them REALLY walk down that trail together! I did not get to do the surprise with my second daughter(hubby was not haveing it). But this will be our last baby so i insisted on not knowing what it was. I have felt all along that i was having a girl again. Not a strong one, just thought it would be. But last night i had the most vivid dream in all my pregnancy it was a BOY! I have wanted a boy every time. Due to the fact there are 24 girls in my family to 4 boys. No joke!!! Only 6 weeks to go then i will get to find out Kristy |

I can't vouch for pregnacy dreams amounting to much....I dreamed that my first daughter was a turtle. Yep, shell and all, with a sweet little face and I was so proud. So, at least for me, pregnancy dreams don't mean much, thankfully! My DD is quite human.
I have a son, though, and he's awesome. Congrats on your coming baby!

I dreamed I was having a puppy when I was expecting my third child. I was o.k. with that, too. A friend dreamed her tummy could open like an oven so she could check on how the baby was coming along. Good luck! I have 2 boys and 1 girl, which has been fun, but three of a kind would be fine too. Sue in Richland WA farmgirl #196 |

Wow! What FUNNY DREAMS!!! I can see the Puppy thing-- puppies are cute and warm and cuddly, but a TURTLE???!!! I almost fell out of my chair, I was laughing SO HARD!!!
My first pregnancy I KNEW in my Heart that I was having a boy (everyone around me kept saying it was a GIRL so we EXPECTED a girl)-- but in my dreams I was holding this baby all dressed up in girly frills and frou-frou and people around me would be saying "Oh What a BEAUTIFUL little girl!!!" I was SO FRUSTRATED and I would throw back that little skirt and say "It's NOT a girl, it's a BOY!! SEE!" and I'd point at the "evidence." Sure enough, I had a boy (and have paid for it ever since! He was my toughest challenge, but he's 18 now, and, by the grace of God, we've BOTH survived!)
I also had a recurring dream with my THIRD boy-- the baby in my dream was always dressed in a white onsey (no hint at the sex there) and my sister was holding it--- INSISTING that it was HER baby and not MINE. We would argue over it until I would wake myself up. I think I wanted a girl so bad by that time that my subconscious mind refused to give the baby a sex. I guess IT (my subconscience) knew I was having another boy, but it couldn't tell my HEART the truth! I decided not to have any more children after that. I'll just have to wait patiently for my GRAND-daughters!! (but I will love my little grandsons too-- if that's all God chooses to give me) Hugs~~~ Tracy
