Had a good hour at the thrift, always amazed at what turns up there. My daughter and I are suspose to go to street sales and yard sales tomorrow but the weather is looking like lots of rain. So to play it safe I went to the thrift today. Yes I know any excuse.

Nancy Jo - I read the book you got called "Sea Glass" ....if it rains today, you will have a good book to curl up with.

hi nancy, you did well!! very pretty basket, but what caught my eye were the beautiful rolling pins in the background. i haven't seen any as nice in a very long time! i collect old kitchenware; usually with red handles (wood or the bakelite). if the rain continues, enjoy that book!! (wish we had some rain:( have a great day! |

Your thrift shop puts anywhere I go to shame. What an excellent job you did, love the basket, that pineapple is so cute, and all the other treasures, you are definitely the best at this. I too have read that Anita Shreve book, it's a really nice one. My daughter tells me I'm going to be retired from yard sales any minute now. And your rolling pins are fabulous....Karin
