Had a good hour at the thrift, always amazed at what turns up there. My daughter and I are suspose to go to street sales and yard sales tomorrow but the weather is looking like lots of rain. So to play it safe I went to the thrift today. Yes I know any excuse.

Nancy Jo - I read the book you got called "Sea Glass" ....if it rains today, you will have a good book to curl up with.

hi nancy, you did well!! very pretty basket, but what caught my eye were the beautiful rolling pins in the background. i haven't seen any as nice in a very long time! i collect old kitchenware; usually with red handles (wood or the bakelite). if the rain continues, enjoy that book!! (wish we had some rain:( have a great day!

Your thrift shop puts anywhere I go to shame. What an excellent job you did, love the basket, that pineapple is so cute, and all the other treasures, you are definitely the best at this. I too have read that Anita Shreve book, it's a really nice one. My daughter tells me I'm going to be retired from yard sales any minute now. And your rolling pins are fabulous....Karin

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
