| I'm not really a farmer right now. I just miss being a farmgirl when I was a kid. I grew up on one (we had cows and a big bull, some pigs, and lots of chickens, etc. My daughter has a mini-farm, so I go to her house and drool about it. I can hardly wait to meet all of you. |

Welcome Jan. I lived on a farm until I was 5, but was always associated with a farm. My parents would help their parents on the farm in the afternoons and on Saturdays. When I married, we bought my husband's grandmother's farm and moved in. We have been here going on 39 years. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Hope you love this site as much as I do. There are some great people with mounds of time/tested advice. Just ask!!!

Welcome! I'm a northern Kentucky girl with all kinds of folks from your part of Ohio (mostly Adams County, and Gallipolis).

Welcome...I live in Reynoldsburg (Columbus) area. My husband is originally from your area...he still has siblings that live there in Portsmouth and we come down now and then.
