I just got a call earlier today with the two words I’ve been waiting almost 6 months to hear…
“YOU’RE HIRED!!!”
Yep – I have a new job now!! WOOHOO. It is with a local photography studio and I'll be a photographer for them. I am beyond excited because it is something that I’ve wanted to do for a long time. I always wanted to open up my own studio, but this will be the next best thing. Even better…the pay is a LOT better than my last job.
Needless to say, this has been a blessing. I was worried for so long and even today broke down crying and said "Lord, just please lead me to something I want to do." It wasn't even an hour until my telephone rang with the offer.
I start on Tuesday and I cannot wait!!

| Yep, Jessica, I'm really close to Kentucky here! Aurora is right on the river. When I go into town to the store, the river is probably just a few hundred feet from the front door of the IGA! Petersburg, KY, is just on the other side. There sure are lots of us IN and KY gals on here!! |
