Got the latest issue of Mother Earth News and want to try my hand at making mozzerella cheese. Anyone know where I can get rennet?

If you have a health food store they usually sell it. Also Earth Fare and the like usually have it.

I've seen it in many grocery stores, by the tapioca in the pudding section. Usually on a top shelf.

In the article they have a website- www.cheesemaking.com - They carry it. The article was perfect timing for me, I have been wanting to try my hand at cheese/yogurt making. I think I can actually do this.
