I'm enrolled in a Master Gardener course and our extension agent just emailed me this link - great info on herbs.

Thanks, Brenda!

I'm enrolled in the MG course starting September 2008; have you started the course yet, and how do you like it so far?

Just curious, how does one go about being a master gardener? Do you have to have a horticultural degree?

I see no one answered your question, Zan. You do not have to have a horticultural degree to take the Master Gardener course, unless it's changed since I worked for the Extension office in my county many years ago. It is an interesting course, and you can learn a lot about plants and diseases.
