I just made this cake, the recipe is on Sugar plum's site. I can't wait to cut into it. I did add pecans to the top that JEANNIE sent me a while back. I posted a picture. come on over! AFTER WE EAT CAKE WE CAN PLANT FLOWERS.

I'm on my way, Nancy. I didn't get to make it this weekend like I thought...to much time spent outside under the sun.

Save me a piece and I'll be along after lunch (the traffic from Cincy to NY is killer!)

Hold on, Jonni. I'll pick you up on my way! :D Is the coffee pot on, Nancy Jo? And will Jack and Dave be joining us? And should I bring my own gardening tools?

I'm waiting at the side Employee entrance door, Janice. I will bring our garden spade from here at the office. Jack and Dave have probably already eaten all the cake, I bet :)

Yep, I just bet they have. Especially if it's been left on the table unguarded - LOL

I made this cake tonight and ate 3 pieces...SMALL PIECES. But while it was still warm with a glass of milk

Super yummy! The only thing I did differently was use only 3 eggs, cuz that's all I had, and I added pecans before the drizzle.

Thanks for sharing!!!
