Our first chick hatched out today and there are a few more peeping in their shells so I imagine tomorrow we'll have some more!
One that pipped yesterday didn't make it, but we opened the shell for a little lesson for Grace. it was pretty interesting. It's sac hadn't completely absorbed and filled with a greenish fluid. The chick was clearly underdeveloped. neat lesson though.
I'll post photos tomorrow.
