I have sooo much to be thankful for everyday, so I am choosing something simple...a good beefsteak tomato sandwich, on my homemade wheat bread...light salt extra pepper and real mayo! eating it on a rainy day while watching an oldie but goodie on TCM! ahhhhh....

Dirt under my nails and weeds in my hair...don't tell me I can't dress up with flair!

Even though the day looks gloomy here, I am thankful that the sun will shine tomorrow.

I am thankful for my children and the fact that God answered a prayer that I had prayed when I was all of 8 years old. A kid in my 3rd grade class brought a Dairy cow to school for "show and tell" and I SO wanted to live on a farm too!!!! Right then and there I'd told God that when I grew up I wanted to live on a farm and that I wanted 4 boys!!!

Well, I DO live on a farm and am blessed with quite a menagerie. I DID get my FOUR boys, but I MARRIED the FIRST one!!!! (the other three came later!)-- as the old saying goes, "Be careful what you wish for, you just MIGHT get it." but what the person who said that didn't say was "You just might ENJOY IT too!!!!" Thanks to God for ALL my blessings-- and for keeping me on track. I couldn't get through this life WITHOUT him!!! Hugs and blessings to all ~~~ Tracy

A weekend with no plans, a yummy tuna melt and tomato a basil soup that I had for lunch, a day with very little "crazy" from clients.

I am grateful for my simple life, my healthy children-including my four legged furry one, a job I LOVE, my cute little house. Friends and family who love us-even when it is hard to.

That is just off the top of my head.

I am grateful for my life, for the roof over my head and the food in my stomach. I am grateful that all of my bills are paid today and that I enjoy perfect health. I am grateful for all the wonderful family and friends that enhance my life and I am especially grateful for serenity and peace. I adore my daughter and feel very blessed to have her.

I'm grateful that today my daughter and I get to spend a day together and have some fun! With her crazy hours as a nurse it doesn't happen nearly as often as would like!

I am grateful for church yard sales in hay barns early this morning. It was so farmgirl I grinned from ear to ear.
