Tell me your experience in making it. It's that time of year to go collect the poplar buds for it and make the oil to make the salve...I'm going out tomorrow to do some bud finding. we have lots of trees down so I don't even have to take buds from a live tree!!

I love Balm of Gilead. I was going to try and do something with the buds but never did. I can still remember coming back from a trip to Mexico and when arriving at our house(when we lived in MN) the air was full of the scent of it. It is wonderful. I stopped at a gas station outside of Colville to let the dog relieve herself and by golly I smelt the same wonderful perfume. Let me no how it turns out and what you did. JoAnn
