I tell ya what guys - I cannot wait until Sunday. There will be a great group of Ky farmgirls gathering at the Burlington Antique Show near Miss Jonni. Wilma will be selling her antique goodies and several of us will be in attendance. Being the shutterbug I am, I'll be sure to take photos. I think there will be 10 or more of us there. If any farmgirls are nearby, you should stop by and say howdy! :)

Yes please take skads of pictures! I'm excited to see you all. Have fun and remember all the details to relay later on.

Girls I have some bad news. Our family friend that we have helped with, her mom passed away late last night and the funeral is Sunday afternoon, but not until 2PM. So - I'm going to talk with the hubby tonight. We plan on coming up as far as I know, but we will have to leave by noon to get back here, get ready and head to the funeral. Let me talk with hubby when he gets home. I don't want to miss Burlington for anything. We may not get to stay as long as we wanted, but we definitely want to be there.

Jess, whatever you can do, girl! I really am looking forward to meeting you, but if it doesn't happen, there's next month's get together. But, it will be great for as long as your there!!!! I'm sorry to hear about your family friend...I know you mentioned it may not be long. She's in a better place without pain, though.

I am also on a budget, Miss Wilma, but then...buying stuff is just a bonus :) The coolest part is meeting up with people face to face, that I enjoy so much over the "net" and through letters, emails, packages and visits. I am already making space in my camera for photos!!!

Hey guys. I just got done making the rounds of calls and such to folks. I don't think I've ever gabbed on the phone so much!! We plan to be there Sunday up with the chickens. We plan to leave around noon to get back here for the funeral. That's the plan so far and hopefully it won't change.

While its on my mind, I'm going to go charge my camera battery and have that ready.

Jonni - don't forget to bring your MJF magazine so we can all drool over it. haha. I never got mine in the mail.

I would cook up some fresh muffins, but I don't know if I'll have time or not while getting ready.

Girls, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm unable to make the trip. We just got in from the visitation tonight. It may change in the morning, but we are drained at this point. I'll wake up early in the morning and see what hubby thinks. I really want to go so I can see everyone and have a good time. I wouldn't miss it for the world, but this time I've got to be here. I'll see if we can get up early tomorrow and maybe possibly get up there and come back after a few hours.

Oh Jessica, I'm sooo sorry. I know that the day has been very long for you. See how you feel in the morning--sleep tight!
