We got 41 eggs from my girls yesterday. You can sure tell the warmer weather is on it's way. Hubby went out to collect the eggs and had to tell all of them how proud he was, and that we appreciate them for all their treats.
I always think it is funny - in a sweet way - that the hubby will tell animals/pets that they are proud of them or thank them. Usually it is "Mom" who does that. Your hubby is a sweetie for telling your girls how good they have done.

My chicken and I had a little talk about eggs a while back, and every since then ,they have been laying mighty fine eggs. Its those aracanas banties, they are a little bit tempermental. but now we have Green.blue and pink eggs. everyday :)))
