We had sunshine and got up to 68 degrees yesterday. It's expected to get into the 70's today. Boy, did I get a lot done outside yesterday. I already transplanted some of the strawberries this morning and had to come inside to cool off! We're so used the the cold weather still, that temps over 50 feel HOT right now! I sure do love it, though. Going back out, now. I have to finish fixing the garden fence and screwing my raised beds back together. If the soil in them isn't too wet, I think I'll put my peas, lettuce and broccoli seedlings in!

We finally warmed up enough here for me to start spraying my hair with my "Blond Cocktail" concoction! This is a homemade version of the old "Sun-In" products from the seventies. Time to get my summer blond started!

I went to my 40th highschool reunion last year and the girls who always had deep tans back then looked at least 10 years older than the rest of us. I used a sun screen when it wasn't fashionable to not be tan, but boy am I glad I did. The wrinkles I saw at the reunion were really sad.
