quiet, modest, studious, talented little Cecile Audra .. mostly spends
her hours crocheting. Her memories of her short years spent in n her olde kentucky farmhouse before becoming an orphan are of her sweet momma sittin' in a rockin' chair and singing praises whilst crocheting a pretty little dresser scarf or collar for one of the ladies at church. Cecile Audra watched closely and listened dearly .. and now in her cherub voice .. sings the songs of her youth:
Precious memories, unseen angels,
Sent from heaven to my soul,
How they linger ever near me.
And the sacred past unfold.
As I travel on life's pathway,
And know not what the years may hold,
As I ponder, hope grows fonder,
Precious memories flood my soul.
