Guess my laziness didn't pay off

I bought some Dole bagged lettuce the other day and have eaten out of it twice.

First time must not have been enough to make a difference. Day before yesterday I had a salad again and it must have been enough to cause trouble. I was up all night with bad stomach and abdominal cramping and still don't really feel like eating much today. Two or three bites of anything and I get the "full" feeling.

We have a lettuce bed, but the tiny plantlettes are still trying to emerge

In the meantime, guess I'll get back into the habit of buying the regular head lettuces and not be in such a hurry.

For anyone else who has EVER had food poisioning....I feel your pain!
