I got an email from HGTV today. Because of the writers strike last fall the season that was supposed to begin airing in the fall never did. Even though the show doesn't need writiers there were some conflicts that prevented the shows from airing. The 400 series shows are set to begin airing daily beginning on September 5th 2008. My show was given a series 500 number. These shows will not air until after the completion of the 400 series shows which could be as late as 2009! Anyway I just wanted to let you all know what the latest news was!

Oh Julie, how very exciting!!! And what an honor! Is that the show that use to be called "Crafting Coast to Coast" where they feature three "crafters" in an episode? I think that is right. Anyway, I'm so happy for you - please let us know when it airs - I'll be sure and tune in. Cathy

thanx for the update....it is amazing how they (hgtv) can wait so long to air an episode...but we will be watching...keep us tuned in & updated for the air date....
None the less, it must have been a blast just from all the commotion of the filming and all, around your home.
